Terms of Service

By accessing or using GPT Market ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

GPT Market is a platform that enables users to configure, generate, and manage OpenAPI schemas for use with OpenAI Custom GPT Actions. The Service includes tools for OAuth configuration, API integration management, Hugging Face model linking, AI agent definitions, trained-data records, agent chains, and GPT pipeline builders.

GPT Market is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to OpenAI, Hugging Face, or any other third-party service referenced on the platform.

Access to the Service requires authentication via Manus OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Store, transmit, or process any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems or networks.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate schemas or configurations that violate the terms of any third-party API or platform, including OpenAI's usage policies.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any other malicious code into the Service.

You may store API keys, OAuth client secrets, and other credentials within the Service for the purpose of generating OpenAPI schemas. You are solely responsible for the security and appropriate use of any credentials you store. GPT Market encrypts credentials at rest but cannot guarantee absolute security. You should rotate credentials regularly and revoke any that are no longer in use.

GPT Market does not use your stored credentials to make API calls on your behalf unless you explicitly trigger a feature that requires it (e.g., schema generation from a live endpoint).

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GPT Market and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of any schemas, configurations, and data you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant GPT Market a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service integrates with or links to third-party services including OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Manus OAuth. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. GPT Market is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

GPT Market does not warrant that the schemas generated by the Service will be accepted by OpenAI or any other platform, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GPT Market and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if GPT Market has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us as described in Section 12.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
